I have called the air G support number you guys provided..thanks They will cancel account wirhin 24 hours.Unfortunately could not tell me how much had been charged previously or when the service was initiated All of the above seams good.I attempted to reply to the message with "STOP" but such a message could not be sent.I attempted to contact Big Pond and my mobile provider but neither were familiar with your particular service.My mobile service number is: ---------- (int: ---------) I did not seek nor do I want an air G chat subscription.

Normally it would be some crazy spam message so I would recommend ignoring it and it will go away but one of my work colleges has got it too.My course of attack is with Telstra, I figure like a credit card you go to your bank. Because unlike some people i do not have unlimited amount of $$$ that i can afford to waste. So to round it up it is like per month on top of my bill for something that i do not or did not subscribe to. I understand thatit may not be ALLL Hestras fault but they shuold look closer at the companies that they associate themselves wiht prior to doing the deals etc.The operator I spoke too has had a couple of calls before me, and has realised there is an issue, therefore applied a disbute with the provider on my account. And i have yet to be told by either Hellstra or Air G that they are going to reimburse me the money.She also advise to send a text message to 176 containing stop I have no idea what help that will be as it's not a telstra pocket news service, /forum-replies-archive.cfm/883733sounds like that operator doesn't know about it yet, it's still very new.Just remember everyone you need to carefully and calmly explain the problem and that you want to disbute it. TELSTRA & BIGPOND(SCUM) ARE SUCH MUPPETS & FRUIT LOOPS!! I received this SMS as well and telstra basically said too bad, unsubscribe yourself. How would this company get a list of Telstra business mobiles to sign up to their premium SMS service? Just submitted my complaint to I just spoke to Telstra too.
